We have some exciting news to share with you regarding our virtual cards! In our quest to provide you with the smoothest and most seamless online transaction experience, we are currently in the process of reviewing and upgrading our virtual cards.

To ensure that we deliver the best possible service, we will be temporarily suspending our virtual cards for the next few days. This brief interruption is necessary as we conduct essential maintenance on our systems in line with our banking partners.

During this period, your current virtual card will be terminated, and any remaining balance will be promptly refunded to your Cardify NGN wallet at the flat rate of 750, this means, we’d allow you to refund your cards at the same flat rate when the feature becomes active. Kindly be informed that new card creation will also be free for affected users only when the feature resumes

It’s important to note that you won’t be able to create, fund, or use your virtual cards for online payments during this maintenance period. However, the Cardify wallet system, swap system and bill system continue to work seamlessly.

We genuinely value the importance of this service to our users, and we want to assure you that our team is working diligently to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. We will keep you informed every step of the way through email, in-app notifications, and community announcements as soon as the virtual card service becomes available again.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this temporary suspension may cause you, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation. Our collaboration with our banking partners will help us enhance our services and deliver an even better experience for you.
